02. Process–Based Approach
Pursuant to the standard, our system adopts a process-based approach
when developing, implementing and improving the efficiency of
the quality management system in order to increase customer’s
satisfaction by meeting his/her requirements.
Punto Objetivo adopts the Mexican standard NMX-CC-9001-IMNC-2000
as a strategic basis establishing the requirements of our quality
management system for:
a) Proving the capacity for offering consistent goods /services
meeting the customer’s requirements and applicable regulations.
b) Increasing the customer’s satisfaction through the efficient
application of the system, including the processes for the continuous
improvement of the system and the assurance of meeting the customer’s
requirements and the applicable regulations.
